[ Cloud Computing ] Re: why virtualization?

I can see why this seems contradictory, but if you think about from a
different point of view it may be easier to split them apart.

The Cloud has benefits for the end users, applications or service by
offering capacity, storage, performance or what you need on demand.
The Virtualization has benefits for the cloud by facilitating the
managment the HW/SW and processes that is needed for creating the
foundations of the cloud.
