[ Cloud Computing ] Re: Big Players cornered the cloud?

Your context is very vague.

What do you define as cloud computing that you offer your customers?

Google and Microsoft's offerings are still in public and private beta, and even in alpha in many cases. Plenty of room for someone to still gain first mover advantage, but watch out, the fast follow is guaranteed, and maybe already in motion.

There are plenty of startups in the aaS/grid/utility space, some niche-specific, some not. Plenty of room there.

There are startups that are offering services purely based on other clouds. RightScale comes to mind as a great example, but it's far from the only one.
