winter" for awhile. As the economy slows I think organizations both
big and small are going to have to look at ways to become more
efficient. For some that may mean reducing their capital expenditure
on things like physical hardware or for others it may mean making
better use of the hardware they already have. Either way the concepts
of cloud computing for the most part are about IT efficiency and an
economic down turn might be the ideal way to get the cloud in the
door.
