According to RightScale it's in Ireland
(http://blog.rightscale.com/2008/12/09/amazon-launches-in-europe/).
But maybe since there are: eu-west-1a and eu-west-1b could be second
location. If they got few location for Amazon CloudFront guess won't
be huge problem make also EC2 there.
