[ Cloud Computing ] Re: Cloud for Financial Sectors

That fits into my definition of a private cloud.  I think there's a lot of baggage around the cloud term bringing terms like "infinite scalability", and "instant disaster recovery" - not to mention the requisite magical hand-waving on how those will be achieved.  "cloud" is inherently a marketing term, and there's going to be overlap with existing terminology - just like we saw when clusters became grids (which are now becoming clouds).  I for one am not going to nitpick the terminologies and definitions, but focus instead on the functionality and performance.
